As CEO and co-founder I coordinate the entire strategic area of Thrust and from our six competencies. I really enjoy working with ambitious leaders and helping them turn their businesses into Full-Purpose organizations capable of redefining the industry and representing something authentic for both, their customers and their employees.

Prior to founding Thrust, I was a Founding Partner at MBLM (emblem), an independent consulting firm with a presence on four continents, advising companies and CEOs across a wide range of industries, including Alsea, American Century Investments, AT&T, Banco Azteca, Creel, Chevez, Consejo de la Comunicación, Comex, Deutsche-Ixe, Endeavor, Grupo Modelo (AB/InBev), Kraft, Mabe, MasterCard, Mexichem, Nestlé, Pfizer, Sala Uno, Unilever, Secretaría de Fomento Turístico de Yucatán, among others.

With a mixed background in business management, innovation, marketing and strategic design —collected in the United States, Europe and Latin America— my experience includes very diverse roles. I ranged from international keynote speaker and visiting professor to board member of a private non-profit organization and president of a transnational corporation.

As a Culture Thruster and the CFO, I take on financial planning as well as developing the talent-architecture at Thrust. I define a shared purpose and define the Thrust way.

Ever since I began working, I’ve looked for ways to add value for clients and society, first as a businesswoman and content-creator; and subsequently as a brand-communications consultant. Now I interweave tech with person-based models to foster wellness, efficiency and results.

What might seem oxymoronic at first—numbers and people—has become a major opportunity to develop new skills, everything from financial calculations for research methodologies to culture-building strategies for digital platforms. All in close collaboration with leaders who have moved—and continue to move—the world forward, like Alsea, Cultura Colectiva, Endeavor, Kubo Financiero, Salauno, Bx+ Bank, El Portón and Iluméxico, among others.

My partner says I make magic when I mix big data with research and culture, building bridges between real-world challenges and new generations’ dreams and abilities. What happens? New possibilities, both in the workplace and as history forges its path.

For me, research is a commitment to our society since it represents the fundamental pillar of problem solving from the scientific, technological, business, educational and human point of view. Thanks to it, we can have a multidisciplinary vision of any kind.

Research has allowed me to stimulate critical thinking and creativity; it is through it that my learning process is vitalized, becoming my best weapon to decrease the limits of ignorance and increase the ability to solve problems.

My contribution to the Thrust team is to recognize the contextual drivers of change and industry challenges in order to create new ways to grow and map the impact of each growth opportunity in relation to their go-to-market.

For me, research allows us to have a comprehensive vision on specific topics to generate greater knowledge and understand each pattern in its relationship with each industry.

I firmly believe that in-depth research in support of other disciplines can be the foundation to make key decisions, solve complex problems and generate changes that transform society towards a world in vital symbiosis.

My experience in the research area, allows me to see each situation holistically with a thorough perspective to integrate the different elements of a project and its respective diagnosis according to each company to reach the most fruitful results.

As a Strategist Thruster, I contribute to the team in the development of optimal solutions, effective and relevant strategies that generate an impact on users and industries, driving innovation and creating new strategies, focused on experience.

For me, working at Thrust means contributing to co-create a world with better solutions.

I am passionate about generating echo through communication, listening and understanding the needs of each organization and managing the development of projects that provide solutions to the demands of companies, from the diagnosis and creation of solutions and strategies, to their implementation, considering at all times, the cultural and commercial context in each project.

The work of design is invisibly relevant and impactful, and it shows when it lacks. For me, design is about building ideas into reality, it is the bridge between ideation and functionality. Strategic design manages to impact and improve the life of our society.

My experience as a graphic designer ranges from branding, illustration, motion graphics, typography, UI and UX design. I consider myself self-critical, dedicated, objective, observant and perfectible.

As a Design Thruster, what I love the most is to be able to surprise with unexpected genius, contributing with my expertise in the search for optimal solutions, effective strategies and amazing results. Working at Thrust is to collaborate with brilliant minds and make a positive impact on society, in order to trigger a better future.

This quote describes my outlook on life. I enjoy new experiences and seek to understand each environment to contribute to people realizing their full potential.

With over eight years of experience in the financial world, I see strategic planning as the core of any successful enterprise. That's why generating the financial and administrative actions to achieve it, is something I love.

At Thrust, I focus on organizing everything that supports our projects: contracts, accounts, budgets, payments, etc. I ensure that our numbers and processes align with the business vision and guarantee our growth.

As CTO and Delivery Manager, I'm responsible for ensuring the successful operation of software projects and other IT areas.

I have been a leader in IT companies as well as educational and professional training institutions, with experience leading projects in more than 280 companies from various sectors and CMMi levels. Over 10 years as a Software Architect and more than 5 years as a Business Consultant in companies certified with CMMi5.

Over 6 years of experience in the transformation and professional empowerment of IT and HR areas within organizations to turn them into software factories with IT governance, processes, and CMMi or ISO certifications.

I am an outgoing person always willing to make the most of life and learn from every person I meet. I have a keen interest in understanding diverse viewpoints on a wide range of subjects.. My interests include music, nature, painting, and American football. I also enjoy pushing myself to constantly step out of my comfort zone, which I consider an extreme sport; I love it!

My job as Cloud Engineer is to oversee the management of existing cloud-based processes and digital migration. To achieve this, it clearly requires to have a broad knowledge of the technology field and best practices.

What I enjoy most is finding effective solutions for various challenges encountered during the projects I am involved in. My main rule is to help and transmit the knowledge I have acquired during all my years of experience.

As a good Thruster, my driving force is to strive for constant growth and improvement every day!
